CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY — The fallen pilots of the ill-fated Philippine Air Drive (PAF) FA-50 PH fighter jet had been honored by the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) on Wednesday.
This was after the wreckage and the pilots’ our bodies had been present in Bukidnon province in Mindanao.

Shortly after midnight on Tuesday, March 5, Maj. Jude Salang-oy and 1Lt. April John Dadulla, the jets pilots, had been reported lacking.
This was after the plane lifted off from Mactan, Cebu to help floor troops towards communist rebels.
The wreckage was discovered within the Mount Kalatungan vary, close to the border of Pangantucan and Talakag cities, as confirmed by Jap Mindanao Command spokesperson Lt. Col. Salvacion Evangelista.
Lt. Col. Francisco Garello, chief of the 4th Infantry Division Public Affairs Workplace, mentioned the first Particular Forces Battalion of the 403rd Infantry Brigade was tasked with retrieving the stays.
“From the crash website, the troops will carry the our bodies to a close-by touchdown zone, and a PAF helicopter will airlift them,” he mentioned.
Salang-oy was a delegate on the 2023 Worldwide Aerospace Symposium in South Korea.
Dadulla was a local of Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon.
The PAF has grounded its FA-50 fleet and vowed a radical investigation into the tragedy.
